Elton John's fourth album, Caribou, was released in 1974. It was his third album to reach number one in the UK and fourth in the US. The album was produced by Gus Dudgeon and named after the Caribou Ranch studio in Colorado, where some of the tracks were recorded. One of the album's singles, 'Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me,' peaked at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and 16 on the UK Singles Chart. Elton John later recorded a live version of the song as a duet with George Michael in 1991, reaching number one in both the UK and the US in 1992. The two artists performed the song together at 'Live Aid' in July 1985 at Wembley Stadium.
